If the Terms change your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UPP Projects Limited, its employees, agents, representatives, officers, directors and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, damages to or actions and /or claims against thestudentvillage.com and expenses (including legal fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the Service, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

6.1.3 To use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations;

6.1.4 Not to include offensive sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive language, or offensive anatomical references, and you will not post any photos containing nudity, lewd or obscene behaviour or personal information.

6.1.5 To post, distribute or reproduce or communicate in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining full, valid and verifiable prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights;

6.1.6 that you are solely responsible for your interactions with other thesummervillage.com applicants. UPP Projects Limited reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other applicants.

6.1.7 Not to disrupt, modify or interfere with the Service or its associated software, hardware and servers in any way, and you agree not to impede or interfere with the other users of the Service. You also agree not to alter or tamper with any information or materials on, or associated with, the Service.

7. WARNING
It remains possible:

7.1 That some thesummervillage.com applicants or "hackers" may post, transmit or otherwise communicate offensive or obscene materials on the Service and that you may involuntarily be exposed to such materials.

7.2 for others to obtain some personal information about you through your use of the Service, and that the recipient may use any such information to harass or injure you. 8.1 UPP Projects Limited owns or has the right to use all proprietary rights in thesummervillage.com. The Service contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of student village and its licensors.

8.2 the Service and its designees a perpetual, world wide, royalty-free, licence to use, reproduce, modify, translate, transmit, and distribute any information or material that you supply or communicate to the Service, in any such medium now in existence or hereafter developed, for any purpose, including commercial uses.

8.3 to other thesummervillage.com applicants, subject to the provisions of 10.1, a licence to use such information and content.

9.1 The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by summer village of the contents on such third-party web sites. As we have no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that thestudentvillage.com is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, services or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.

9.2 You further acknowledge and agree that thesummervillage.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource. If you decide to access linked third party Web sites, you do so at your own risk. Any concerns regarding any external link should be directed to its respective site administrator or web master.

10. INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY AN APPLICANT

10.1 We respect your privacy, particularly as we are an on-line community, and will deal with all information provided by you in line with our Privacy Policy, which is accessible at any time from any page on the site while you use the Service.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

12.1 You acknowledge that you are using the service at your own risk.

In no event will UPP Projects Limited be liable:

14. GENERAL PROVISIONS

14.1 You agree that this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales in relation to any dispute or matter arising our of or connected with this Agreement.

14.2 This Agreement accepted by you upon registering with or using the Service, contains the entire agreement between you and summer village regarding the use of the Service.

14.3 The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect or impact the continuation in force of the remainder of this Agreement.

15. COPYRIGHT POLICY

15.1 UPP Projects Limited will terminate the privileges of any user who uses this Site to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material without a licence to do so.

15.2 In particular, members who submit content to the Site, whether images, articles, stories, software or other copyrightable material, must ensure that the content they upload does not infringe privacy or publicity rights.

15.3 Upon receiving proper notification by the copyright holder or its agent, and confirmation through court order or admission by the applicant that they have used this Site as an instrument of unlawful infringement, we will terminate the infringing applicant's rights to use and/or access the Site.
